Start Rapp with QT App manager

Goal
Rocon QT app manager is easy GUI tool to start rapp(robot app) of your robot.
Execute
It assumes that your robot has been started with app manager. If you are using TurtleBot, please refer TurtleBot Bringup
On the PC with ROS_MASTER_URI pointing to your robot,
> rocon_qt_app_manager
